Steve's Story:

In this video, Steve McCleery will share his personal story on how he got into the real estate industry and became a land developer.

Like any person starting a new business, Steve started from the bottom, learning as he went. He decided to ask for some guidance from other fellow land developers and was rejected. After more rejections than he can count, his experience and struggles getting into the real estate business inspired him to do business a different way–Focus on serving others.

Through his unique business model and partnerships with landowners and other professionals across the industry, Steve has made quite a name for himself and built a team behind his vision and leadership to transform and disrupt the way land development is done.
